By submitting a loan inquiry, you expressly consent to be contacted by us and by lenders in our network via phone (including calls to cell phones), email, and text message regarding your loan request, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list.

4.3 Review Lender Terms

You agree to carefully review all terms, conditions, rates, and fees offered by any lender before accepting any loan offer. We are not responsible for the terms offered by lenders.

4.4 One Submission Policy

You agree to submit only one loan inquiry per 24-hour period. Multiple submissions may be rejected as duplicates.

5.1 No Guarantee of Loan Approval

We do not guarantee that you will be matched with lenders, receive loan offers, or be approved for financing. All lending decisions are made solely by lenders based on their own criteria.

5.2 No Endorsement

Our matching of your inquiry with lenders does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of any particular lender or loan product.

5.3 Free Service

Our matching service is free to businesses seeking financing. We may receive compensation from lenders for successful matches, but this does not affect the service provided to you.
